25   Application

 

(1) The amendments made by items 1 and 8 of this Schedule apply, and are taken to have applied, to importations into Australia on or after the day on which the Bill that became theTaxation Laws Amendment Act (No. 8) 2000was introduced into the House of Representatives.

      

(2) The rest of the amendments made by this Schedule apply, and are taken to have applied, to importations into Australia on or after 1 July 2000.
