MODIFIED REFERENCES
Division 3 of Part 2E.1 of Chapter 2E applies in relation to a retail CCIV as if: (a) a reference to a general meeting were instead a reference to a meeting of the members of the affected sub-fund; and (b) a reference to section 250D were instead a reference to section 253B .
