Division 128C - How are amounts of STARTUP-HELP assistance worked out?  

SECTION 128C-5   Up-front payments  

128C-5(1)    
An up-front payment , in relation to an *accelerator program course for which a student is liable to pay an *accelerator program course fee, is a payment of all or part of the student ' s accelerator program course fee for the course, other than a payment of *STARTUP-HELP assistance under this Part.

128C-5(2)    
The payment must be made on or before the *census date for the course.
