Function of the Higher Education Tuition Protection Fund Advisory Board
167-35(1)
The *Higher Education Tuition Protection Fund Advisory Board ' s functions are to provide advice and make recommendations to the *Higher Education Tuition Protection Director in relation to: (a) the making of a legislative instrument each year under section 13 of the Higher Education Support (HELP Tuition Protection Levy) Act 2020 ; and (b) the making of a legislative instrument each year under section 13 of the Higher Education (Up-front Payments Tuition Protection Levy) Act 2020 .

The advice and recommendations may be made either on the *Higher Education Tuition Protection Fund Advisory Board ' s own initiative or at the request of the *Higher Education Tuition Protection Director.
