SECTION 23-40   VARIATION OF REGISTRATION  

23-40(1)    
A private health insurer must notify the Chief Executive Medicare if the treatments ^[ast_1]

On receiving such a notice, the Chief Executive Medicare must vary the details of the registration accordingly and give notice of the variation to the private health insurer.

A variation under this subsection is able to be automated by a computer program: see section 333-17 .
