Schedule 1 Amendments relating to greenhouse gas storage etc.

2A Object

The object of this Act is to provide an effective regulatory framework for:

(a) petroleum exploration and recovery; and

(b) the injection and storage of greenhouse gas substances;

in offshore areas.
