SECTION 70-10  

70-10   COMMISSIONER MAY INSPECT AND COPY ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS  
The Commissioner may:

(a)    inspect a document produced under paragraph 70-5(2)(c) ; and

(b)    make and retain copies of the whole or a part of such a document.
