36   Section 7 (definition of Commonwealth body )

Repeal the definition, substitute:

Commonwealth body means:

(a) a Commonwealth entity, or a Commonwealth company, within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013; or

(b) the High Court of Australia.
