Add:

(8) In this section:

VEA rehabilitation program means:

(a) a transferred VEA rehabilitation program; or

(b) a rehabilitation program that:

(i) was undertaken under this Act before the date of commencement; and

(ii) is not a transferred VEA rehabilitation program.
