122   Subsection 287(1)

Repeal the subsection, substitute:

(1) The Commission may arrange for treatment to be provided to a person who is entitled to treatment under this Part in accordance with one or more of the following:

(a) a determination under section 284A;

(b) the arrangements made under section 285;

(c) a treatment determination under section 286.
