61   Subsections 122AA(2) to (4)

Repeal the subsections, substitute:

Interaction with Privacy Act 1988

(2) For the purposes of the Privacy Act 1988, the use of the details of an account in accordance with subsection (1) is taken to be a use that is authorised by this Act.
