Schedule 3 Amendments of other Acts

Insert:

healthcare support service provider means an entity that:

(a) provides:

(i) healthcare; or

(ii) a support service; and

(b) does not, in the ordinary course of business,employ an individual employee who satisfies subsection 9(2) or paragraph 9A(1)(a), (b) or (c).
