Payment Systems (Regulation) Act 1998

118   Application provision - requests for information

(1) The amendments made by this Part apply in relation to a contravention of subsection 26(3) of the Payment Systems (Regulation) Act 1998, as amended by this Part, if the conduct constituting the contravention of that subsection occurs wholly on or after the commencement of this Part.

(2) Subitem (1) applies whether the requirement to which the contravention of subsection 26(3) relates arose before, on or after the commencement of this Part.
