97   Saving provision - applications to be joined to Federal Court proceedings

An application made by the Reserve Bank under subsection 17(2) of the Payment Systems (Regulation) Act 1998 before the commencement of this Part, and that had not been decided immediately before that commencement, is taken, on and after that commencement, to have been made under subsection 17(2A) of that Act as inserted by this Part.
