125   Subparagraph 14(4)(a)(v)

Repeal the subparagraph, substitute:

(v) the person's qualifying earnings (within the meaning of the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992) would be taken into account for the purpose of Division 2 of Part 3 of that Act; and
