126   Paragraph 18(2)(d)

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

(d) the person's qualifying earnings (within the meaning of the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992) would be taken into account for the purpose of Division 2 of Part 3 of that Act;
