128   Paragraph 18(5)(c)

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

(c) the person's qualifying earnings (within the meaning of the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992) would not be taken into account for the purpose of Division 2 of Part 3 of that Act;
