27   Subsection 6(1)

Insert:

superannuation provider means:

(a) the trustee of a complying superannuation fund; or

(b) the trustee of a complying approved deposit fund; or

(c) an RSA provider.

workplace determination has a meaning affected by subsection 12A(3).
