Omit "give a copy of the report to the Commonwealth Ombudsman.", substitute:

give a copy of the report to:

(iii) if the interception agency is the Australian Crime Commission - the Inspector-General of Intelligence and Security; and

(iv) otherwise - the Commonwealth Ombudsman.
