A frame or receiver of, or for, a firearm to which item 1 or 2 applies. |
The importation must comply with at least one of the following tests: (a) the official purposes test; (b) the specified purposes test; (c) the specified person test; (d) the police certification test. If item 1A of Part 3 of this Schedule applies to the frame or receiver, the frame or receiver must comply with the identification requirements set out in the item. |
