4   Determination under Federal Financial Relations Act 2009

(1) The Minister administering the Federal Financial Relations Act 2009 must make a determination under subsection 16(1) of that Act in relation to a State in respect of reimbursement of someof the qualifying compensation paid by the State.

(2) Subitem (1) does not limit the application of section 16 of the Federal Financial Relations Act 2009 in connection with the implementation of the national firearms program.
