SECTION 1237Q   OFFICERS OF CORPORATE DIRECTOR TO HELP LIQUIDATOR

Section 530A applies as if each of the following were an officer of a CCIV:

(a)    an officer of the CCIV;

(b)    an officer of the corporate director of the CCIV;

(c)    an officer of a former corporate director of the CCIV.
