16 At the end of section 27
Add:
(3) A person commits an offence if:
(a) the person is subject to a condition mentioned in paragraph (2)(a); and
(b) the person engages in conduct; and
(c) the person's conduct breaches the condition.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years or 120 penalty units, or both.
