REGULATION 2.4B APPLICATION OF DIVISION  
2.48B(1)
This Division applies in the case of payment of the benefits of a lost member from a regulated superannuation fund or an approved deposit fund to another regulated superannuation fund or approved deposit fund on or after 30 June 1996.

2.48B(2)
For the purposes of subsections 31(1) and 32(1) of the Act, a requirement of this Division is a standard applicable to the operation of a fund that is a regulated superannuation fund or an approved deposit fund.
