15.01 INTERPRETATION  
In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears:

"chairperson"
means the chairperson of a committee;

"committee"
means a committee convened under subsection 155(1), 155E(4) or 155H(2) of the Act;

"member"
, in relation to a committee, includes the chairperson.
