REGULATION 12.8.10  

12.8.10   DEFINITIONS FOR DIVISION 3  
In this Division:

transferring building society
means a transferring financial institution of a State or Territory mentioned in paragraph (a) of the definition of transferring financial institution of a State or Territory in clause 1 of Schedule 4 to the Act.

transferring credit union
means a transferring financial institution of a State or Territory mentioned in paragraph (b) of the definition of transferring financial institution of a State or Territory in clause 1 of Schedule 4 to the Act.
