SCHEMES OF ARRANGEMENT UNDER PART 5.1 OF THE ACT
If the consideration to be offered to scheme members consists, in whole or in part, of marketable securities issued, or to be issued, by a corporation, the statement must set out the formula to be applied to find out the number of marketable securities to be issued to each scheme member, and the basis on which that formula was developed.
