4 Australian National Preventive Health Agency

For the purposes of the finance law:
(a)
the following combination of bodies is a listed entity:
(i)
the Australian National Preventive Health Agency (the
Agency
);
(ii)
the Advisory Council of the Australian National Preventive Health Agency (the
Advisory Council
); and
(b)
the listed entity is to be known as the Australian National Preventive Health Agency; and
(c)
the Chief Executive Officer of the Agency is the accountable authority of the listed entity; and
(d)
the following persons are officials of the listed entity:
(i)
the Chief Executive Officer;
(ii)
the staff of the Agency referred to in section 25 of the
Australian National Preventive Health Agency Act 2010
;
(iii)
the members of the Advisory Council;
(iv)
persons whose services are made available to the Chief Executive Officer under section 26 of that Act;
(v)
consultants engaged under section 27 of that Act;
(vi)
the members of a committee established under section 42 of that Act; and
(e)
the purposes of the listed entity include the following:
(i)
the function of the Agency referred to in section 8 of that Act;
(ii)
the functions of the Chief Executive Officer referred to in section 11 of that Act;
(iii)
the function of the Advisory Council referred to in section 30 of that Act;
(iv)
the functions of a committee established under section 42 of that Act.
