ADDITIONAL SENTENCING ALTERNATIVES

STATE AND TERRITORY SENTENCES AND ORDERS
For the purposes of subsection 20AB(1AA) of the Act, a sentence or order mentioned in column 1 of an item in the following table under a law mentioned in column 2 of the item is prescribed.
For the purposes of subsection 20AB(1AA) of the Act, a sentence or order mentioned in column 1 of an item in the following table under a law mentioned in column 2 of the item is prescribed.
