The Technical Discussion Paper on Securitisation and TOFA, which issued on 31 August 2011, is withdrawn from 15 August 2012. All responses to the Discussion Paper have now been received. The Commissioner's position in respect of these issues is being determined and, where necessary, recommendations will be made to Treasury.
