Erratum

1. At paragraph 33

Omit from column two of the table the words 'paragraph 27'; and substitute the words 'paragraph 31'.

2. At paragraph 54

Omit the words 'see paragraphs 91 and 96; also see paragraph 92'; and substitute the words 'see paragraphs 94 and 95; also see paragraph 96'.
