Erratum

This Erratum corrects Taxation Ruling TR 2008/6 to correct a publication error.

TR 2008/6 is corrected as follows:

1. Paragraph 87

Omit 'Sections 40-745 and'; substitute 'Section 40-745 and section'.

This Erratum applies on and from 27 August 2008.
