I make this by-law under section 165 of the Excise Act 1901 and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.Citation
1. This by-law may be cited as Excise By-Law (Revocation) 2006 (No. 1).
Legislative instrument
2. This by-law is a legislative instrument for the purposes of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.
Commencement
3. This by-law commences on 1 July 2006.

4. Each of the following Excise by-laws is revoked with effect from the date specified:
