Excise Bulletin EB 2000/2 is withdrawn with effect from today.

1. EB 2000/2 outlined the ATO view of the Diesel and Alternative Fuels Grants Scheme.

2. The Diesel and Alternative Fuels Grants Scheme was replaced by the Energy Grants Credits Scheme on 1 July 2003. The provisions for on-road credits are now contained in the Energy Grants (Credits) Scheme Act 2003. EB 2000/2 is no longer required.
