Excise Bulletin EB 2001/1 is withdrawn with effect from today.

1. EB 2001/1 outlined the manner in which the Diesel and Alternative Fuels Grants Scheme applied to fuel used by refrigerated trailers.

2. The Diesel and Alternative Fuels Grants Scheme was replaced by the Energy Grants Credits Scheme on 1 July 2003. The provisions for on-road credits are now contained in the Energy Grants (Credits) Scheme Act 2003. EB 2001/1 is no longer required.
