How it affects the joinery and cabinet-making industry
PPS Bulletin Number 5 is withdrawn with effect from today.
1. PPS Bulletin Number 5 explains what a prescribed payment is and how the Prescribed Payments system (PPS) affects the joinery and cabinet-making industry.
2. The Pay As You Go withholding system came into effect from 1 July 2000 and replaced the PPS. The PPS ceased to apply to the joinery and cabinet-making industry from that date.
3. PPS Bulletin Number 5 is no longer current and does not apply to the joinery and cabinet-making industry after 1 July 2000.
