Superannuation Guarantee Determination SGD 96/1 is withdrawn with effect from today.

1. Superannuation Guarantee Determination SGD 96/1 provides the maximum contribution base for each contribution period in the 1996-97 financial year.

2. The maximum contribution base for each contribution period in 1996-97 is now provided on the ATO website at www.ato.gov.au. There is, therefore, no further need for the Determination.
