I, Peter de Cure AM, Chair of the Tax Practitioners Board, make the following instrument under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009.

1 Name of instrument

This instrument is the Tax Agent Services (Specified BAS Services No. 1) Repeal Instrument 2026.

2 Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3 Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 90-10(1A) of the Tax Agent Services Act 2009.

4 Schedules

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Repeals

Tax Agent Services (Specified BAS Services No. 2) Instrument 2020 [F2020L01406] registered 5 November 2020.

Repeal the instrument.
