Access Online services for business to review your superannuation account balances (including credit balances) and make sure you maintain a regular reconciliation process for government contributions and rollovers.
Government rollovers and contributions are delivered electronically in line with the SuperStream standard. To minimise errors and payment issues, remittances and recoveries should be processed promptly. You should actively monitor returned payments and immediately review any messages that do not have corresponding technical receipts.
Incomplete or inaccurate reporting may result in suspended payments and incorrect information displayed in ATO Online, which can impact your members.
Maintaining robust reconciliation processes will ensure government contributions and rollovers are processed within required timeframes.
To view your online statements at a transactional level, select Accounts and payments, then Super fund administration accounts. You can access, download, or export:
- statement of accounts for superannuation, including unique superannuation identifier (USI) and unclaimed superannuation money (USM) account transaction listings
- payment details for each sub-account or role
- transaction information at both the account and role level.
