SECTION 11B   VERIFICATION OF TAX FILE NUMBERS  

11B(1)    
The Secretary may provide to the Commissioner a tax file number that a person has notified to the Secretary for the purposes of paragraph 7C(1)(c) , for the purpose of verifying that the number is the person ' s tax file number.

11B(2)    
If the Commissioner is satisfied that the number is the person ' s tax file number, the Commissioner may give the Secretary a written notice informing the Secretary accordingly.
