SECRETARY TO HAVE GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
The Secretary is, subject to section 12ZEA and to any directions of the Minister, to have the general administration of this Act.

Note:
Section 12ZEA provides that the Commissioner has the general administration of Division 6 of Part 4A , to the extent that the Division relates to the Commissioner.
