SECTION 885J   THE LOSSES TO BE COVERED - OTHER MATTERS TO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT  

885J(1)   [ Relevant matters]  

In considering whether the arrangements are adequate, the Minister must also have regard to:

(a) the services provided by the market and by the participants in the market; and

(b) any risk assessment report in relation to the market given to the Minister under section 892K .

885J(2)   [ Other matters]  

The Minister may take into account such other matters as the Minister thinks appropriate.
