SECTION 23  

23   APPEALS FROM SUPREME COURT AND FEDERAL COURT  
Section 28 of the Principal Act is amended -

(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) ``or a decision of a Supreme Court on an appeal or reference under section 27''; and

(b) by omitting paragraph (1)(a) and substituting the following paragraph:

``(a) to the Federal Court of Australia; or''.
