SECTION 24  

24   PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE OF SUPREME COURTS  
Section 29 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (2) and substituting the following sub-section:

``29(2) This section applies to a proceeding in a Supreme Court in respect of a decision on an objection against a prescribed decision or an assessment that has, under this Part, been referred to that Supreme Court.''.
