Division 1A - Internal review of certain Commissioner decisions relating to ABSTUDY student start-up loans  

SECTION 308H   ART REVIEW OF REVIEWABLE DECISIONS  

308H(1)    
An application may be made to the ART for the review of a reviewable decision that has been confirmed, varied or set aside under section 308D (Reviewer may reconsider reviewable decisions) or 308F (Reconsideration of reviewable decisions on request).

308H(2)    

If the President of the Administrative Review Tribunal refers such an application to the guidance and appeals panel under section 122 of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 , section 31 (decision cannot be altered outside Tribunal process) of that Act applies to the decision after the referral is made.
