Failure to provide information
A person commits an offence if the person refuses or fails to comply with a notice given to the person under paragraph 270(1)(a) .
A person commits an offence if the person refuses or fails to comply with a notice given to the person under paragraph 270(1)(a) .
Penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months or 30 penalty units, or both.
