You may be offered an auto call-back when you phone us. We will invite you to leave your name and contact number and you can hang up rather than wait on hold in the queue. When you reach the top of the queue, we will call you back. When you pick up the phone you will hear an announcement that will ask if you can take the call, and when you accept, you will be transferred to a customer service representative. 95% of call backs are successfully connected.
24-hour self-help services
This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Self-help is fast and convenient. Most self-help services use a speech recognition system, so it is important you talk in your natural speaking voice and follow the prompts as if you were talking to a real person.
We have introduced a secure, fast and easy way to verify your identity over the phone. The next time you call you may be invited to enrol your unique voiceprint, which you can then use to verify your identity.
